As a first time home buyer, especially in the Covid era, my fiancee (now wife) and I definitely needed help navigating the new world that we were looking to enter – the world of home ownership. We were introduced to Mike by his associate Chris Carozza, and couldn’t be happier that our paths crossed. The real estate market that we were all working with was a unique one this year, especially with Covid in the mix. Thankfully, I knew the areas that we would be looking for our home in, and Mike came into the mix with an equal knowledge of Fairfield county, specifically the shoreline areas that we were exploring. He took the time to learn what we were looking for with the numerous properties we looked at, even if it was a matter of walking in and walking right back out. I felt like he made us a priority and that he always took the time to listen to our likes/dislikes – especially those of my better half! Mike is always just a text, and if need be a phone call away. He is an absolute professional and is great to work with. He even gave us a great recommendation on our closing attorney who definitely helped look out for us during what proved to be a closing process with some bumps in the road. At the end of the day, Mike helped navigate us through the process of purchasing our first home during what proved to be a most unique time to buy. I’m glad we were able to accomplish our goals, and now my wife and I have a place of our own! I would strongly recommend Mike, and as long as he remains in the industry, we plan to work with him down the road.
